New for 2023 the JetSpeed Protective line has gotten even lighter with pro level protection and new technology to keep you feeling cooler throughout the game. Some new technology we see here is Aer-Tec which is a thermoregulation system that will keep your body cool.
Construction & Fit
Keeping with previous versions the FT6 Pro pant features an anatomical design to really hug to your body giving maximum mobility. The main part of the pant is made from 400D Nylon with added 400D Textured nylon on the side panel, the pant had a pro cut 1" added length at the back of the legs and you also notice they are designed to allow for maximum airflow to keep you cool. For those who like to put your pants on after the skates they have repositioned the inside leg zipper to the back of the leg to reduce friction while doing any crossovers.
Protection
Keeping you protected working our way from the hip & kidneys down first up the hip padding has been made up from FloFoam that is molded to shape around your hips & kidneys giving enhancing the comfort. Now like all top end CCM pants they have pro-level protection that you expect and around the hips have been reinforced with molded PE plastic to give you the protection you expect. Going to the thighs we have a floating HD foam thigh guard to move with you throughout the game keeping you protected. Moving to the back the spine has been enhanced for pro level protection and also increased ventilation, the spine of the pant is a molded hybrid shield combined with HD foam and like other parts of the pant it features multiple vent ports for enhanced breathability. Now with the new Aer-Tec technology we see the base protection level is made from a vented foam material to allow the pant to allow your bodies heat to vent easier and not allowing moisture from staying inside the pant creating added weight.
Closure
Keeping these pants on you we have a built in internal belt system that features an anti-twist system so you stay comfortable during the game. We also have a wide front opening with a stretch functional panel to make things easier to fit them to your size.
