Growing from the success of the TF9 the new Catalyst 9 skate gives the player an even better fitting boot out of the box with a carbon fiber one piece shell design to give the player wanting a custom feeling skate just off the shelf. This makes the Catalyst boot designed for the skater after a boot that moves with them in each stride so no energy is wasted.

SHELL CONSTRUCTION

The Cat9 skate is a full Carbon Fibre one piece shell that like all True skates is fully thermoformable with a new NEUROFIT+ shell technology that really shapes and wraps around your foot for that off the shelf custom fit. The shell is also designed to moderate stiffness for improved flexibility and range of motion with an added flex tendon guard.

TONGUE & TOE CAP

Fully adjustable Velcro attached pro grade tongue with added T guard for extra lace bite protection. We also see a asymmetrical toe cap with a low profile design for reducing any unnecessary weight to this skate.

HOLDER & STEEL

Improved from the original Shift holder is the new Shift MAX that True has adjusted the thickness of the walls to maximize  durability and performance so you are confident with each movement you make. Matching up with the improved holder we have an upgraded DLC Shift steel that will hold the edge longer and the easy quick release system to swap out your blades between games or shifts if need be.

LINER & FOOTBED

Keeping you locked in the skate we see a Clarino Hydrophobic liner to help keep your feet dry and keeping your foot locked in place. Combining this new liner with an improved PFS footbed that has inserts to customize the fit for your foot for maximum comfort and stability.

The CAT9 is ideal for players seeking the fit, comfort and performance benefits of a TRUE custom skate in a ‘ready to hit the ice’ in-store package.
