New for 2023 the JetSpeed Protective line has gotten even lighter with pro level protection and new technology to keep you feeling cooler throughout the game. Some new technology we see here is Aer-Tec which is a thermoregulation system that will keep your body cool.
Construction & Fit
Keeping with previous versions the FT6 Pro elbow pad features an anatomical design to really hug to your arm providing a game ready fit & feel with maximum coverage. The construction is a three-piece Flexmotion design that gives you the range of motion and natural feel you are looking for in an elbow pad. The big thing about this piece is the Aer-Tec system that has added ventilation and a suspension system to keep parts of the elbow pad away from your arm so you can stay cooler throughout the game and the elbow pad can stay dry because of that.
Protection
Keeping you protected CCM continues to us the pro approved JDP elbow cap design that is meant to help keep your elbow away from the actual end of the cap so any impact it takes you won't feel as the system disperses the impact throughout the cap and not directly on to your elbow. For those parts of the game where you need that extra bit of protection on the arms the FT6 Pro forearm has been reinforced with HD foam with added vent ports built in to it to give you that maximum level of protection. The bicep guard is articulated and made from compress-molded and exposed HD foam to reduce any unnecessary weight from the unit while still providing pro level protection and maximum mobility. We also have added vent ports along the bicep guard so your full arm is nice and cool.
Strapping
Keeping your locked in we have a Y-shape middle lock strap with a nylon forearm strap to reduce slippage so you don't need to be adjusting it during the game.
Liner
The new Aer-Tec Suspension system that is throughout this unit allows the new FT6 Pro to not need that much of a liner as most of the parts are suspended while you're playing. This allows the unit to stay dryer keeping it lighter and you cooler throughout the game, areas with a liner on this unit have been treated with Polygiene & Odor Crunch to keep the gear smelling fresh.
